Your little artist can create a one of a kind beautiful piece of elegant artwork! The DIY set includes:- 1 black frame (11"x14")- 1 Custom mat (of your profile, your child’s profile or your pets profile) to place over the artwork- 1 sheet of paper on which your child will create their masterpiece- 1 foam paint brush* - 3 - 2oz Paint Bottles. Gold, silver and black will be provided(alternative color options available upon request)* Note: I recommend not using the paint brush when using darker colors such as black. Instead I would splace plastic wrap on top of the paints you’ve randomly squeezed across your paper, apply painters tape around the edge and let your child spread the paint through the plastic.
DIY Custom Profile Artwork with Frame
- I recommend preparing the worksurface with a disposable table.
- Next, tape the paper to your work surface with painters tape so it does not move while your child is creating.
- Squirt paint randomly across the top of the paper
-Cover the paint covered paper with plastic wrap (the same plastic you use in the kitchen to cover those left overs)
- Tape down the plastic wrap with painters tape as well so the paint is contained to only the paper area. This will allow your child to manipulate the paint with their fingers without all the mess.
- Make sure the entire paper area gets covered with paint (you may need to help the little ones, as I had done with my 8 month old).
- Once they're done with their masterpiece, remove the plastic immediately and let dry over night.
- Lastly, frame it and hang the masterpiece.
